Make Time Comm depend on MySQL
How it works:
Download the batch file here
Run the file with escalated privileges
The file will run a command that sets Time Comm with default service name (time_comm_service) as a dependency on the MySQL Service (MySQL57)
A successful configuration will create a confirmation file in the Time Comm folder
Take Note:
If MySQL stops, once the Time Comm starter runs on schedule, MySQL service will be forced to start as well by the dependency. I have tested this and it worked.
If MySQL prompts to be stopped, a notification will be generated, indicating that Time Comm will also be stopped.
MySQL can run without Time Comm but Time Comm will only run if MySQL is running.
