Binary City Time provides the following reports which are available to be drawn according to:
Date range (Period)
Branch
Department
Per employee
Include absent
Or all staff
All reports can be downloaded in CSV and PDF formats.
Report name | Description |
Raw | Shows the data for each clocking as it came from the clocking device(s). |
Detailed | Shows the clocking data together with the working hours before any overtime rules have been applied to the hours. Here, authorised users can also amend clocking data. |
| Provides you with the overtime an employee worked per day and shows the following information: Date, Day, Shift start, Shift start calc., Shift end calc., Shift end, Description,Total, N, 1.5, 2.0, 2.0 S, 2.0 H, NT. There is a major amount of customisation that can be done here, such as which columns should show. |
Weekdays worked | This indicates, in a grid, how many days in total for each weekday of the week, did an employee work. For example, 2 Sundays, 4 Saturdays, etc. |
Hours less than normal | Provides you with employees that did not work their required normal hours. |
Absent | This is a list of employees who have not clocked on a given day, thereby being marked as absent. |
Late arrivals | Late arrivals is the list of employees who clocked in after their respective shifts have started. |
Overtime period | Provides you with the overtime an employee worked per month and shows the following information: Date, Day, Shift start, Shift start calc., Shift end calc., Shift end, Description,Total, N, 1.5, 2.0, 2.0 S, 2.0 H, NT. There is a major amount of customisation that can be done here, such as which columns should show. |
Employees Overtime Approval | Provides you with the overtime an employee worked per month and is yet to be approved or denied. shows the following information: Date, Day, 1.5, 2.0, 2.0 S, 2.0 H, NT which is Pending, Deny, Approved. There is a major amount of customisation that can be done here, such as which columns should show. |
