Job Overview
The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves actively engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable solutions from Binary City’s range of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions from Binary City’s range of services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent Binary City and expand the company’s network.
- Proficiency in sales CRM software such as Odoo or similar platforms.
- Demonstrable experience in managing a sales pipeline, including deal tracking, sales forecasting, and maintaining a healthy sales cycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Avail over a valid driver’s licence.
- Must be willing to work remotely with a stable internet connection.
