As the Official Clocking Solution Partner for the 2025 Ongwediva Annual Trade Fair (OATF), Binary City is proud to support the event’s biometric access control system, powered by Namibia's very own clocking system - Binary City Time (BC Time).
Vendor and Exhibitor Fingerprint Enrolments
The OATF Biometrics Team will be conducting vendor and exhibitor fingerprint enrolments at our Windhoek office, on 7 & 8 August 2025, 09h00 to 16h00. All vendors and exhibitors are required complete this process prior to the event in order to gain entry.

Why You Need to Enrol
It's for your safety, and the safety of all other vendors and exhibitors. OATF uses secure fingerprint scanning to access the trade fair grounds. No biometric enrolment = no entry on the event days.
