Responsibilities
- Answering and transferring of telephone calls
- Maintain all general office & canteen supplies
- Monitor & reconcile petty cash, fuel & other general accounts
- Stock & other data capturing onto our systems
- Assist with arranging courier logistics of goods in & out
- Do procurement requests
- Issuing of purchase orders
- Ensure canteen shop stays fully stocked
- Assist with all Social Club events
- + other general office duties
Requirements
- Must reside in Windhoek, Namibia
- Must have a valid Namibian drivers licence
- Must speak fluently in English & Afrikaans
