Responsibilities

  • Answering and transferring of telephone calls 
  • Maintain all general office & canteen supplies
  • Monitor & reconcile petty cash, fuel & other general accounts 
  • Stock & other data capturing onto our systems
  • Assist with arranging courier logistics of goods in & out
  • Do procurement requests 
  • Issuing of purchase orders
  • Ensure canteen shop stays fully stocked
  • Assist with all Social Club events
  • + other general office duties

Requirements

  • Must reside in Windhoek, Namibia
  • Must have a valid Namibian drivers licence
  • Must speak fluently in English & Afrikaans
