We have implemented a new feature that allows users to report inappropriate messages within our workspace for review. This feature empowers each member of our team to take an active role in maintaining a positive and inclusive workspace.

Objective
The objective of this use case is to demonstrate how we can utilize the message reporting feature in Google Chat to promote a positive and secure communication experience within the organization.
Step-by-Step Guide:
1. Identify Inappropriate Messages:
- As you engage in conversations or spaces in Google Chat, be vigilant in identifying messages that are inappropriate or violate your organization's guidelines. This could include offensive language, harassment, or any other content that goes against the organization's communication policies.
2. Report a Specific Message:
- Access Google Chat either through the dedicated app or via your Gmail account on a computer.
- Navigate to the Chat or Spaces section where the conversation containing the message is located.
- Open the specific conversation or space.
- Hover your cursor over the message that you wish to report.
- Click on "More options" (represented by three vertical dots).
- From the dropdown menu, select "Report."
3. Provide Feedback:
- After choosing to report the message, a feedback form will appear. Use this form to explain the reason for reporting the message in a clear and concise manner. Include relevant details to help the administrator understand the context of the issue.
4. Submit the Report:
- Once you have filled out the feedback form, click on "Submit report" to send the report to your organization's admin for review.
5. Admin Review:
- The reported message is then forwarded to the organization's admin for examination. The admin will assess the situation and take appropriate actions based on the organization's policies. This may involve contacting the relevant parties, issuing warnings, or implementing further measures as needed.
