The cameras connect wirelessly for video, but each still needs plug-in power. Before choosing their positions, check that power is available and test the wireless connection before permanently mounting them.

Yes. You can use the Hik-Connect app to view your cameras from your phone. You’ll need an internet connection at the property and on your phone. To watch saved recordings, you’ll also need a compatible memory card fitted to the recording unit.
Both CCTV Kits—1 & 2 come with a one-year warranty, subject to the applicable warranty conditions. Contact us with your order details and explain what’s happening. Our team will advise you on the next steps.
