Biometric and Access Control Registration for Vendors — OATF 2026
As part of Ongwediva Annual Trade Fair (OATF) 2026’s strict security and access control measures, all exhibitors and authorised personnel must be registered on the OATF biometric Access Control System.
The system will be used to manage entry through designated access points at the Ongwediva Trade Fair Centre.
Exhibitors are therefore encouraged to complete the required personnel registration and biometric enrolment before the respective deadlines.

- Personnel who are already registered on the Access Control System and have previously completed fingerprint enrolment, will not need to capture their fingerprints again.
- Their existing profiles will be reactivated once the exhibitor’s approved personnel list has been received.
- Only new personnel who are not yet registered on the system will need to complete both the registration and fingerprint enrolment processes.
Why Biometric Enrolment Is Required
Biometric registration helps OATF manage secure and controlled access to the Trade Fair Centre. Only registered and approved personnel will be able to use the designated exhibitor access points. Completing the process ahead of time will help prevent unnecessary delays when accessing the venue.
