We are looking for a Technical Manager to join our amazing team of installers who love nothing more than to over-deliver for our growing clientele.
Responsibilities
- Manage and plan all hardware-related installations
- Ensure effective daily helpdesk support for all related queries
- Oversee level 1 client queries
- Oversee level 1 client queries
- Implement quality assurance procedures
- Provide guidance on solutions, documentation, and process that affect service delivery
- Weekly team meetings and reporting
- Manage site inspections for new installations and tenders
- Create project plans and ensure clear communication of project timelines to team members
Must Have
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Experience in a hardware-related environment
- Strong technical background in networking, CCTV, Access and Time & Attendance control terminals and Access Control hardware
- Ability to manage teams
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace and working in a CRM system to manage workload
- Proficiency in English and Afrikaans
- Great planning and communication skills
- Drivers Licence
