Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote Binary City’s services.
  • Manage the sales budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Avail over a valid driver’s licence.
